HOLIDAY DECORATING

In November of 2016, MIXED Interiors was recruited to help decorate Baker Mansion in Altoona, PA in preparation of their annual Holiday Tours.  What an honor and a challenge! The goal was to  use the materials on hand to create an elegant, warm, inviting atmosphere  while staying somewhat true to the time period.  I created a dozen wreaths, decorated nine of the rooms including the main hall, looped garland up three flights of stairs (complete with bows), created two large floral arrangements for the center hall, purchased some ribbon, hauled in some of my own items for display, and had a jolly good time working with the amazing  staff!
