After many years of working in the corporate business world and managing Goods Furniture Outlet in New Holland, PA , Diane decided to combine all those years of business experience with her creative talents to become a certified redesign specialist and launch her own business. She is an IRSA member, and the owner of MIXED Interiors. She attended The Pennsylvania State University where she studied business administration and, more recently, completed redesign and home staging training in Reston, VA.
Diane Gingrich George launched MIXED Interiors LLC on March 7, 2016. MIXED Interiors is first and foremost an interior redesign company. One of the fundamental principles of redesign is this: "By using the homeowner's existing furnishings interior redesign honors and validates the choices that they have made over the years." Diane loves this principal! This concept motivates her and touches her heart. Diane believes your home is personal and with each redesign she strives to tell your story and to make sure your rooms reflect your personality and style while utilizing all the elements of design. Her goal is to bring peace and happiness to the homeowner by surrounding them with the furnishings and accessories they already have and love in an upscale, elegant room redesign. Diane believes your home should reflect the unique person you are and be your safe haven from the world - the place where you can totally relax, be yourself, pursue your interests, and nourish your soul.
MIXED Interiors also tackles commercial redesigns and Diane is very excited about the prospect of redesigning more office spaces. Color, light, furniture placement, artwork, displays, etc. can all combine to reduce stress and create productivity in the workplace. Big corporations are now beginning to make their surroundings more homelike to reduce stress for their employees. Having worked in corporate spaces, Diane never liked the open concept idea. Instead, she likes to cultivate more private work spaces that feel personal, allow for less distractions, and encourage work rather than social time! We spend approximately 1/3 of our lives in the workplace. Let's make our work spaces more comfortable and conducive to productivity while maintaining a professional, positive image!
Diane doesn't believe in trends. She believes in creating unique rooms and spaces to match the unique homes she works in and the unique individuals who hire her. Anyone can be a copycat! You deserve better. Trendy interiors date homes. You want special rooms that meet your needs and never show their age. Diane is committed to delivering original, personal spaces.
